Regstration Information
Thank you for your interest in our classes!
We are excited to have you as part of our
Music Together® family.
To register for one of our classes as a NEW family or as a returning family on this site, please follow these simple steps:
- Visit our Full Class Schedule page.
- Choose the semester you are interested in registering for and click on the class of your choice.
- You will be prompted to either LOG IN or CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT.
- New families will CREATE NEW ACCOUNT and fill in the appropriate fields. Once your account has been created, you will be returned to your class choice.
- Choose your second choice class (required). Mention in comments if your second choice is not an option.
- Choose your registrant(s) or choose ADD NEW REGISTRANT
- Proceed through the checkout screens as indicated.
- If you are a Port Jefferson Village resident registering for a class at the PJ Village Center only, use this coupon code "VILLRES" to receive your discount.
- If you are a member of a group who receives a discount please email us or call the office (208-4003) for your special code.
- ***All discounts will be calculated on the final review checkout page after you have entered your payment information.
To register for one of our classes as a Returning family who does not have an account on this new site, please follow these simple steps:
- Create an account and fill in the appropriate details by using the LOGIN on the Home Page or by visiting MY ACCOUNT on the upper right hand task bar
- Visit our Full Class Schedule page.
- Choose the semester you are interested in registering for and click on the class of your choice.
- Choose your second choice class (required).
- Choose your registrant(s) or choose ADD NEW REGISTRANT if you have a new child you are bringing to class.
- Proceed through the checkout screens as indicated.
- As a Returning Family who took classes prior to this new website call us so we can assist you to eliminate the registration fee.
- If you are a member of a group who receives a discount please email us or call the office (208-4003) for assistance.
- ***All discounts will be calculated on the final review checkout page after you have entered your payment information.
Some important notes about Registration and your Account:
Second Choice: If you are unable to attend a second choice, please select any class in this field and include more specific information in the ORDER COMMENT SECTION during your checkout process.
Class Confirmation: All class registrations are considered confirmed at the time of registration for the first choice unless otherwise notified by a member of our office staff.
Class Cancellations: We do reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. In this case, all registered families will be notified and given options to join their second choice class.
Discounts and Fees: All sibling discounts, coupon codes and registration fees will be applied at the final page of checkout. Discounts can not be combined - use one per registration.
Returned Checks & Credit Card Chargebacks: A $30 fee will be charged.
Infant Siblings: If you have an infant sibling (7 months and younger) who will be attending free with their registered older sibling, please register them also with their name and birthdate.
Billing Information: You will be asked to provide accurate billing information during the checkout process even if you have updated your personal account information.
Accounts: All accounts are password protected and secure. If you registered with the office off site and the office has set your account up for you, please remember to log in and choose your own password.
Password Recovery: If you forget your password you can request a new one. Please be sure to check your spam / junk mail folders in case the email response is automatically sent there. To aid receipt of emails from us please add lyricalchildren@optonline.net and lyricalmt@gmail.com to your accepted emails.
Registration Periods: Registrations are only accepted during the posted registration periods.
